What does it mean that my withdrawal is "under review"?

After proving all needed data in withdrawal pop-up, your cashout can be held. You receive the pop-up with the information that "your withdrawal is currently under review".

Please do not worry! Your withdrawal was temporarily held for additional check. This means your payment was held by our internal system and needs manual verification by the management team. The process should not take longer than 24 hours.

While waiting for the verification, you will not receive your money. Only after successful verification the money is sent to the customer. When the procedure is over we will inform you about it via Notifications. You can also check it in your withdrawal history. Please click on your "Profile" in the top right corner and locate the "Cashouts" tab.
