What does it mean that my withdrawal is "Under Review"?

After proving all needed data in withdrawal pop-up, your cashout can be held. You receive the pop-up with the information that "your withdrawal is currently under review".

While waiting for the verification, you will not receive your money. Only after successful verification the money is sent to the customer. When the procedure is over we will inform you about it via Notifications. You can also check it in your withdrawal history. Please click on your Profile in the top right corner and locate the Cashouts tab.

Please take note after manual verification your payment can be accepted or put on additional hold. In this case, you see the "Unlocks in" status with the timer below. The payment is sent once the timer's ends.
