Why are my Gems on hold?
This article will help you understand why the rewards can be held and how to resolve it
If your offer was successfully completed, but you still did not receive Gems, your reward was probably held. You can confirm it by going to your Earnings tab via Profile in the top right corner. Your offer should be displayed in the "Pending Rewards" table.
Some offers are not released to your balance instantly as a fraud prevention measure. Please do not be worried, this procedure is to secure the legitimate users, offer providers and us from general suspicious behaviour connected to the chosen offer. Your rewards will be released when the timer on the right ends.
