There are multiple reasons why the offers' rewards may not be credited. In this article we will explain the most popular problems.

No! Using any sort of anonymization tool may lead to permanent suspension of your account. You can only use your real IP address while using your account during the task completion.

Gems are in-store currency that can be instantly cashout to real money or exchanged for available gift cards. After successfully completing the task, your Gems will be automatically added to your account’s balance.

If you successfully completed the offer and did not break any rules, you should receive the Gems instantly.

If your offer was successfully completed, but you still did not receive Gems, your reward was probably held. You can confirm it by going to your "Earnings" tab via Profile in the top right corner. Your offer should be displayed in the "Pending Rewards" table.

You may come across multiple offerwalls displaying similar tasks to you as we are teamed up with various partners. If the same offers pop up for you, unfortunately you will not be able to complete them and receive the Gems.
