What if my Gems were not credited?
This article will help you resolve the problem of not credited rewards
You can confirm that your offer was not credited if you did not receive the Gems on your CashYeah Balance or your offer is displayed in the "Started Offers" table in the "Earnings" tab. You should be able to click the "Continue" button too.
There are multiple reasons why the offers' rewards may not be credited. We explained the most popular problems below.
Unfulfilled requirements
From our experience this is the most popular problem with not credited Gems. It happens because customers did not complete the offer fully, which means they finished only several out of all conditions to receive reward.
Check if you met all the requirements to receive the reward from the offers' panel.
Broken rules
Great majority of the offers have their own rules which you are obligated to follow to receive rewards. The rules are displayed for you before starting the offer, so initiating the offer makes you accept the mentioned protocol.
The most popular rules are:
- Be a new user, who did not complete the offer earlier
- Do not use VPN, VPS, proxy, emulators or some sort of identity obscurification
- Use only one device and one location during the task
- Complete the offer before the mentioned deadline
Offer's status was not updated
If you successfully completed the offer and did not break any rules, you should receive the reward. If the status of your offer is correct, but the Gems were not credited instantly, please wait 24 hours. During this time your offer's status should be correctly updated.

Reward was holded
