How long does the cashout take?
This article will inform you about time needed to receive your money
Generally your withdrawal should be instant. But depending on various factors, it can take up to several hours to be credited.
If it is not credited immediately, you should check if you provided correct data (e.g. crypto wallet address, PayPal email, Steam ID). If the data is incorrect you do not receive your money despite the "Completed" status. You can see it in your Profile, in the "Cashouts" tab.
Here you can check the payment status. Other statuses mean:
- "Queued" - due to the many cashouts initiating at the same time, your withdrawal is waiting in queue to be sent, or the system encountered some internal issue and put cashout in queue to resolve it. This status can change to "Completed" or "Failed" in maximum 3 hours
- "Under Review" - your withdrawal is temporarily held for additional checks. The verification should not take longer than 24 hours. More information here.
